There is a guarded gate at the front of the subdivision. Tell security:

NOTE: The street names are a bit confusing. Even for security. There is an April Villa East and an April Villa West. Your address is neither. It’s just: April Villa
Building Access|
The front doors of the building are protected by a keypad door lock.
Both doors use code: 1413 (same as address)
Key Retrieval:
There is a gray lockbox to the right of the front door. The code is: 7777
Your key will be in the box.
Parking
There are four designated parking spaces for the building. Two are paved on the left side of mailboxes. Two are gravel on the right side of the mailbox. Each resident is allowed to use one parking space. The street and grass on the lot within the cul-de-sac can also be used for visitor and overflow parking. DO NOT park in any other building’s parking spaces.
Trash
Each unit has their own trash can labeled with their unit letter. (Yours is labeled C) Trash cans are to be stored on the back side of the building.
Trash pickup days are Monday and Friday mornings. Trash cans should be pulled to the curb either the night before or very early the day of trash pickup. Trash cans should be returned to the back of the building after pickup.

Visitor Gate Access
For visitor access you will need to call the security booth at 936-588-1442 and give them the name of the visitor and the number of days clearance. This includes delivery services, etc.
Linens
We have provided brand new bed and bath linens which will be on the bed. There is no laundry or linen service included in your stay. Please find a local laundry mat if washing is necessary.
